DMP: AlpenFlow - Austrian Tourism Province Predictor

Initial Data Management Plan for AlpenFlow, a 9-class machine learning experiment that predicts which Austrian federal province a tourist group visited, based on country of origin, travel month, and aggregate overnight-stay statistics. The input data is the publicly available dataset OGD_touextsai_Tour_HKL_1 (Statistik Austria, CC BY 4.0, 302,553 records). The experiment produces a trained LightGBM+HGB ensemble model (70.1% accuracy)
