Context and methodology

This Data Management Plan covers the project "Crash Severity Prediction for Emergency Dispatch", which uses machine learning to predict road accident severity to support emergency dispatch prioritisation. The project reuses the STATS19 Road Safety Open Data 2023 (UK Department for Transport, data.gov.uk), licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. No primary data are collected.
