DMP : Predicting Food Hygiene Ratings Using Machine Learning

The dataset used in this experiment is Food Hygiene Rating Scheme – Camden. The dataset is publicly
available through the European Union Open Data Portal (London Borough of Camden, n.d.).

This dataset includes information regarding food businesses that have been rated by the Camden local
authority as part of the UK Food Hygiene Rating Scheme (FHRS). The number of rows in this dataset
represents food businesses. The information regarding the rating obtained by the food businesses
during the inspection and other descriptive information is available.
The important variables in this dataset are Business type description, Hygiene inspection score,
Structural inspection score, Confidence in management score, Ward name, and geographic coordinates
